We love the simplicity of Xero. The invoicing and expenses sections is very straight forward, and the addition of Hubdoc makes life even easier.
Time saving tips
Here's our top 5 tips to save time whilst using Xero:
- make use of the App Marketplace
Xero has over 800 approved integrations which will make your life easier. Plus, Xero even makes suggestions as to what apps will benefit you and your business.
- ensure your chart of accounts are up-to-date
It’s important to review the default tax codes for each account to save you time (and money!). If you’re unsure about this, contact your accountant who’ll make sure it’s set up correctly.
Use Xero’s free of charge product Hubdoc. Link Hubdoc to your supplier accounts, and the system will grab, analyse, and import your transaction into Xero without you even needing to think about it. Woohoo!
Use the app for on-the-go quotes, invoices, and expenses. You can snap photos of your receipts, and upload them to your account in just a few clicks.
Xero Projects allows you to better track your income, expenses, and time for projects, giving you insights into how profitable your projects are.
